Ari B. Kirshner

Ari B. Kirshner focuses his practice primarily in the area of personal injury litigation.  Prior to joining Beermann Swerdlove LLP Mr. Kirshner worked for one of Chicago's premier plaintiff medical malpractice firms.  Since joining the firm Mr. Kirshner has concentrated on cases involving vehicular negligence, workplace accidents, construction negligence, products liability and premises liability.  He practices in Cook, Lake, DuPage and Kane Counties, Illinois, and represents clients in both state and federal court.  Mr. Kirshner also practices in the commercial litigation and appellate division.
