Howard L. Teplinsky has been a commercial litigator for over
twenty years. Mr. Teplinsky represents and counsels Fortune
500 companies as well as small businesses and individuals in a
variety of commercial disputes. Mr. Teplinsky represents a wide
range of commercial clients including real estate developers,
national franchisors, lenders, contractors, insurance companies,
creditors, condominium associations and equipment leasing companies
in disputes arising in state and federal courts at both the trial
and appellate court levels. Mr. Teplinsky also regularly represents
clients in matters before the American Arbitration Association. In
addition, Mr. Teplinsky represents attorneys before the Attorney
Registration and Disciplinary Commission in matters relating to
professional responsibility.
Mr. Teplinsky has been recognized by his peers and has received
an AV rating under the Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Rating System,
indicating that he "has reached the height of professional
excellence" and "is recognized for the highest levels of skill and
integrity."
Mr. Teplinsky is also actively involved in his community. Since
2002, Mr. Teplinsky has been an appointed member of the Village of
Buffalo Grove's Plan Commission. Prior to his appointment to the
Plan Commission, Mr. Teplinsky was a member of the village's Zoning
Board of Appeals.
