Katarinna McBride concentrates her practice in the areas of
estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business
transactions. Ms. McBride focuses on designing estate plans to meet
the diverse family and financial needs of her clients. Ms. McBride
also advises business owners and individuals on the creation and
administration of private foundations and charitable trusts.
Focusing on wealth preservation, Ms. McBride regularly prepares
prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Ms. McBride's business transactional practice includes
counseling individuals as well as families with closely-held
corporations on issues ranging from tax-savvy methods of
transferring stock to subsequent generations to defining the
obligations of family business owners. Ms. McBride serves as
General Counsel to several corporations and regularly prepares
shareholder and partnership agreements, employment agreements and
other corporate documentation.
