Ms. Grosh is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Group and has substantial experience in a broad range of complex business litigation and appellate matters pending in state and federal courts, including breach of contract disputes, real estate disputes, professional malpractice claims, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims, actions to enforce arbitration awards, partnership and shareholder disputes, insurance coverage disputes, broker liability claims, employment-related litigation matters, antitrust, and RICO claims. Ms. Grosh also handles many appeals and dispositive motions in connection with complex family law matters, such as asset tracing, fraud and unique jurisdictional issues. Ms. Grosh’s clients include individuals, as well as corporate and institutional clients such as small and mid-sized businesses, banks, equipment lessors, printers, contractors, restaurant owners, condominium associations and insurance companies.
Ms. Grosh was recently selected by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company as one of the Top “40 Under Forty” Attorneys in Illinois. For the past nine years, Ms. Grosh has been recognized as an Illinois “Rising Star” in the 2009-2017 editions of Illinois Super Lawyers magazine in the area of Business Litigation. Inclusion in this listing is limited to less than 2.5% of lawyers under 40 years of age in the State of Illinois. Ms. Grosh has also been selected by her peers as a member of The Leading Lawyers Network for the years 2014-2016 in commercial litigation, civil and family appellate law, an award given to less than 5% of all attorneys in Illinois.
Ms. Grosh is an active member of the Appellate Lawyers Association and a contributing writer to its quarterly publication, The Brief. Ms. Grosh is also a regular contributor to the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and its “Wine & Dine” column. She actively gives back to her alma maters, the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois College of Law, by mentoring law students who are interested in pursuing legal careers.
