Associate
Shana L. Vitek practices exclusively in the area of family law,
representing clients in divorce, child custody, paternity and
post-dissolution matters. She has participated in cases at the
Trial, Appellate and Supreme Court levels. Ms. Vitek is involved in
various aspects of divorce litigation, including tax and financial
analysis, as it relates to distribution of marital estates, child
support, maintenance, and asset tracking. Additionally, Ms. Vitek
previously worked at a counseling center for victims of domestic
violence, assisting clients in obtaining orders of protection.
