For more than 40 years, William Woloshin has represented businesses and individuals in business transactions, real estate, and estate and probate matters. Mr. Woloshin is also well-versed in using 1031 exchanges in the transfer of real and personal property. He has received an AV rating under the Martindale-Hubbell ® Lawyer Rating System, indicating that he "has reached the height of professional excellence" and "is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity."  Additionally, Mr. Woloshin was named as a 2007 Illinois Super Lawyer in the areas of real estate, business/corporate, estate planning and probate law as well as a 2009 Leading Lawyer in the areas of closely and privately held business and real estate law.
