As one of four children raised in a small Wisconsin farming town, James learned the values of family, education and hard work at a very young age. Throughout his youth, James applied his hard work ethic and ultra-competitive spirit to various athletics including baseball, hockey and especially basketball.
After putting himself through college and law school, James worked tirelessly building his reputation and founding his own successful law practice before merging Quigley and Associates, PC into the Beermann Firm in 2005.
As a devoted husband and father of four children, James has always made his family a priority, whether coaching his children’s baseball or basketball teams, spending time with his family or simply attending Sunday mass together.
James’ competitive nature drives him to achieve a high level of success in his career and exceptional results for his clients, while his family values and upbringing help to provide a balanced and compassionate approach to representing individuals in family law matters of every kind.
