About James B. Pritikin

James B. Pritikin, a founding principal of Nadler, Pritikin & Mirabelli, LLC, has built a distinguished career by practicing exclusively in the area of family law for over thirty years.

Mr. Pritikin is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and holds the honor of serving as a Past President for the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Mr. Pritikin has served as a Director of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Foundation. He retains active membership in the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. Pritikin is a certified Matrimonial Mediator and Arbitrator.

Mr. Pritikin’s past accomplishments include speaking engagements for the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations and DePaul University College of Law. He was presented with the A. V. Rating of Martindale-Hubbell and is the subject of a biography for “Who’s Who In American Law.” Mr. Pritikin is a Member of the Leading Lawyers Network, and was recognized by Chicago Magazine as a “Top 100 Illinois Super Lawyer”. He has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in the “Best Lawyers in America” each year since 2017.

Mr. Pritikin was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court as Hearing Chairperson for the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.
