Morgan L. Stogsdill proudly joins Jackson Chance Foundation as a Board member.  The Jackson Chance Foundation ensures NICU babies receive advocacy, support, and human touch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The foundation provides parking passes for the parents of NICU babies, easing the financial strain and making sure no baby is left alone due to the inability to pay for parking.  Additionally, JCF allows the pass to be used by other family members with the goal that no baby who is fighting for their life, is left alone. “Jackson Chance Foundation is thrilled to have Morgan on the Board of Directors. Her leadership and compassion will be a great addition to our organization and community,” said Carrie Meghie, founder of Jackson Chance Foundation.

In 2019 alone, JCF provided the following:

  • 1,400 NICU babies and their families with parking passes
  • 190 parking passes to both Lurie Children’s Hospital and Northwestern Prentice Women’s Hospital
  • 64,800 total days of parking were collectively provided for NICU families
  • Expanded services for NICU babies at Rush Hospital

“At a life-threatening time in their baby’s life, parents shouldn’t have to decide whether to be with their critically ill baby, or pay their monthly rent or mortgage,” said Stogsdill. “Being unable to pay for parking is a huge issue families face when they have a baby in the NICU and this organization is helping families focus on what matters most, the life of their child.”  Because this cause is so important to Ms. Stogsdill, she will match any donations made to Jackson Chance Foundation via the link below through October 2020.   Attached is a link where you can donate, if you wish: https://www.jacksonchance.org/morgan-stogsdill/
