Several Beermann divorce and family law attorneys will volunteer to read approximately 20-30 essays written by students in Illinois schools that participate in the annual IFI Chicago White Sox Fatherhood Essay Contest. Volunteers will choose the top 3 essays to help determine 156 semifinalists ( father, stepfather, grandfather, and father-figure). To date, more than 400,000 students have participated in this event that connects children with fathers and father-figures through means of education.
