In addition to practicing law, Divorce and Family Law Partner Aubrey J. Parker is teaching Legal Writing at University of Loyola Chicago, School of Law. Divorce and Family Law Partner Amy L. Jonaitis is teaching family law at DePaul University. Both Parker and Jonaitis are excited for the opportunity to impact the legal community through teaching legal classes in addition to advocating on behalf of their clients on a daily basis.

About Aubrey Parker
Aubrey J. Parker focuses her practice primarily in the area of Family Law. From simple non-contested divorces to some of the most high-profile disputes involving multi-million dollar businesses and professional athletes, Ms. Parker counsels clients on all types of family law issues, and has experience in handling matters involving same-sex couples, children of same-sex couples, pre-nuptial agreements for same-sex couples, and other LGBTQ issues. Ms. Parker is committed to ensuring that every family, whether mother and father, two mothers or fathers, children, or any other combination, is protected.
About Amy Jonaitis
Amy L. Jonaitis focuses her practice primarily in the areas of Matrimonial Law and Family Law and counsels clients on the various aspects of dissolution of marriage proceedings, including child custody, support, visitation, property division, financial issues related to divorce, post-dissolution matters, prenuptial agreements, appellate matters and civil litigation related to orders of protection. Amy concentrates her practice in complex family law litigation and has handled appellate matters in the First, Second and Third Districts in Illinois, as well as the Illinois Supreme Court.
