Divorce and Family Law Partner James Pritikin wins in court again on behalf of Dwyane Wade.
In an order entered March 2nd, the Illinois Supreme Court denied Ms. Siohvaughn Wade’s petition for Leave to appeal the custody judgment awarding the two minor children to NBA all-star Dwyane Wade and allowing him to remove his children to reside with him in Miami.
This is one of several wins in this very contentious divorce proceeding. Another win included the granting of a divorce before adjudication of custody and financial matters. A trial on the Wade’s financial matters is scheduled to go to trial on September 21, 2012. Dwyane Wade is represented by Chicago divorce attorney James B.
