
Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers supports local agencies with grants from American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Foundation

Quigley (left), partner, Beermann LLP, in his capacity as president of the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), presents a check to Susan Shulman (right), executive director of the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic in Highland Park, IL. The $5,000 grant was awarded by the AAML Foundation, which provides funds to charitable organizations across the country that help families and particularly children adversely affected by the breakup of the family unit.
The Illinois Chapter is the founding chapter of the AAML, the nation’s leading association of peer-reviewed family-law attorneys. Through advocacy, seminars and classes in continuing legal education, Fellows of the Illinois Chapter promote professionalism and excellence in the practice of family law.
