Divorce and Family Law Partner, Thomas T. Field, completes an intensive 40-hour Mediation Skills Training Program at Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies. By obtaining this certificate, Mr. Field has further enhanced his ability to assist clients from both an advocacy perspective during mediations, as well as conduct mediations as the mediator for parties with complex family law matters to reach a facilitated resolution. Mr. Field’s skillset serves as a foundation for him to not only continue serving as an advocate for clients in attorney assisted mediation, but also to perform in the role of the mediator for parties to a mediation.
