Mr. Page has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. Where alternative dispute resolution is the appropriate path, he ably guides his clients through those alternative processes and negotiates the best possible outcome for his clients. Mr. Page has also represented clients in numerous appeals and argued before the Supreme Court of Illinois.  Mr. Page is well experienced in drafting both prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, enforcing those agreements and, where the situation requires it, challenging those agreements.

While he works with clients from all backgrounds, Mr. Page represents some of the most prominent families in the Midwest. He has the financial depth and acumen needed to appropriately navigate the most intricate family investment, trust, and financial structures.

Coming from a family of divorce composed of eight children and step-children, Mr. Page saw firsthand how important it is to structure separated families in a way that protects those important familial connections with as little conflict as possible, while preserving the family’s financial security.
