About Lesley A. Dable
Lesley A. Dable focuses her practice exclusively in family law representing clients in cases involving complex financial issues, corporate valuations, non-marital asset protection, legal separation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, division of property, maintenance, parenting time, relocation, child support, and post-decree matters. Lesley develops her approach to resolving these issues with the client’s input, after considering all of the facts and circumstances involved and listening to the client’s goals and concerns.
Lesley’s analytical skills, judgment, and attention to detail make her an excellent attorney, but what really sets her apart is the way that she interacts with and treats her clients. Communication is a top priority for Lesley, and she makes herself available to her clients when it is convenient for them, which is often outside regular business hours. Lesley does not feel that her representation is complete until she ensures that her clients have a path to successfully move forward after the divorce is done.
In her practice, Lesley prioritizes both excellent legal skills and client communication. She recognizes that her clients are facing new challenges while leading very busy lives. With a background in civil litigation, Lesley switched her focus to family law after going through her own divorce and living family law first-hand for several years. That experience shaped her approach with her own clients.
Lesley has a strong litigation background but is also experienced in the field of alternative dispute resolution and has completed training in collaborative law.
