“Lindsay was outstanding to work with. I wanted a more collaborative approach to my divorce however knew I might possibly need to shift gears and get in the mud. Lindsay was incredibly informative of my options, made sure I understood each step of the way what I was agreeing to or fighting. And while she has great command of collaborative law, I could sense the fire in her that gave me great confidence that should I have to go into litigation I was still in great hands with her. Lindsay is incredibly professional, responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend her and would use her again.”
“Lindsay was a great sounding board and advisor during the process of executing my pre-nuptial agreement. She was fighting for my best interests throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional services. As we were leaving the pre-nup signing my now husband said, “I wish I had hired your lawyer.”
“I retained Lindsay (by referral) after severing ties with a different attorney (I wasn’t pleased with responsiveness / progress being made). From the get go, I felt like Lindsay was on my ‘team’ and in my corner. That did not stop, even after divorce was final. Lindsay fought hard for me and never backed-down to the opposition. Thank you Lindsay!”
“Lindsay was my rock during my divorce. She calmed me down, empowered me, and continuously answered my questions at every turn. She helped me understand legal terminology and guided me through my divorce with honesty and grace.”
