About Nicole C. Edidin
Nicole C. Edidin’s practice is focused on all aspects of family law and divorce, counseling clients on issues such as prenuptial agreements, support, parenting time, property division, allocation of parental responsibilities and post-decree issues. Nicole understands each client comes to her with a unique story and background.
Nicole is dedicated to learning her client’s goals and concerns, using a compassionate approach to efficiently achieve the best outcome for her clients and their families. Nicole values the attorney-client relationship she builds with her clients and is motivated to help them navigate the legal process and reach the next chapter of their lives.
Nicole C. Edidin clerked for Beermann LLP throughout her three years in law school prior to her admission to the Illinois Bar. Nicole received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, earning a Certificate in Family Law. During her last semester of law school, Nicole received the CALI award for earning the highest grade in the Legal Drafting: Child Advocacy course. While in law school, Nicole was chosen as a teaching assistant for two courses, Applied Legal Skills, a required course for first year law students to learn the study skills necessary to succeed in law school, and the Academic Success Program. Nicole also externed for a Judge in the Domestic Relations division during her first year of law school, assisting pro se litigants in court.
